Winter Session
Saturday practice resumes on January 7th from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on the baseball field, for those players not engaged in a Winter sport.
Bowling Night Fund Raiser
Please mark the date of January 28, 2012. We are planning to have a joint boys and girls lacrosse program bowling party at the Downingtown Bowling Palace from 8 to 10 p.m. Family and friends are also welcome to purchase tickets. Stay tuned from a note from Rich Farrell next week with the details.

Winter Training (updated 11-28-11)
Titus Sports Academy at BSHS
All athletes will have the opportunity to participate in a Speed Strength Training (SST) program designed to build total body power, explosiveness and speed endurance.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Winter 2011 - 12 Monday & Wednesday @ 5:00-6:00pm Beginning December 7
Training will be at BSHS
PLAYER PROGRAM COST:
$150 Program Training Fee Per Player for entire 12 week / 3 month program ($50 per month)

Note that the training time on the form is wrong for December. The trainng will be held from 5-6PM not 4-5PM.

Spring Registration
Please remember to sign-up for the Spring season as soon as you are able. We need to get a good read on our numbers. Also, please remember from the Fall
parents meeting, if a player does not make a team this season, your $200 registration fee will be refunded. However, any equipment, including helmets & gloves, of course, cannot be. That has been a question raised in the past.

College Recruitment
Coach Heisman and his staff are happy to assist players with their goals of playing lacrosse at the college level. This includes helping a player to identify where he may be able to play, the programs that best fit the player's objectives, and contacting college coaches on the player's behalf. It is not necessary to wait until a player's Junior or Senior year to begin discussions regarding college programs. By initiating the conversation early, the player increases his chances of preparing for play at the college level and finding a program that is a good fit. Players are also encouraged to explore the information and links on the web site's Recruiting page.
